Aviation Activity Cookbook

All around the country, EAA Chapter members and teachers are working with students of all ages to excite them about aviation.  Now, thanks to the generous support of the Emil Buehler Trust, there is a way to share these activities and success stories.  The web based Aviation Activity Cookbook provides a compilation of successful activities that are done around the country.  In making the cookbook, we surveyed EAA chapter leaders and Young Eagle coordinators, current activities done by EAA Museum and Air Academy staff, teachers and other aviation organizations from around the country to create a list of projects that any chapter can easily implement.

In addition to activities, you will also find suggestions on how to incorporate new activities to your Young Eagle events, and how to make an effective presentation at a local school, when requested..

If you have suggestions on how to improve an activity, or if you have an additional activity that should be included in our Cookbook, please contact Michelle Robbins at 920-426-6570 or mrobbins@eaa.org.

If you would like to order an Aviation Activity Cookbook CD that includes all of the activities listed, please contact Michelle Robbins at 920-426-6570 or mrobbins@eaa.org or use this online form.

This project would not have been possible without the generous support of The Emil Buehler Trust.
